Service Provision

At El Bosque de la Eternidad, we offer funeral services, including urn delivery and ash scattering ceremonies in Monegrillo, Zaragoza, Spain. These services do not involve the shipping of physical products and are performed in person, on the date and time agreed upon with the client.

Following payment confirmation, you will receive an email with service details and information to coordinate the date and time.

If the service requires prior reservation, we will send you a link to select an available date.

Services are provided exclusively in Monegrillo and nearby areas, as agreed with the client.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In accordance with current legislation in Spain and the European Union, funeral services are considered personalized and scheduled services, and are therefore exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once they have commenced or a specific service date has been set.

However, we apply the following conditions:

Cancellations with 7 or more days' notice prior to the scheduled date of the funeral service: 100% refund or free date change.

Cancellations between 3 and 6 days' notice prior to the scheduled date of the funeral service: 50% refund or date change subject to availability.

Cancellations communicated with less than 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled date of the funeral service: no refund will be issued due to costs already incurred in reservations, planning, logistics, and resource allocation.

The above is without prejudice to any inalienable rights of the consumer under applicable regulations.

Should El Bosque de la Eternidad be unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to us, a free rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.
