Service Provision
At El Bosque de la Eternidad, we offer funeral services, including the delivery of urns and ash-scattering ceremonies in Monegrillo, Zaragoza, Spain. These services do not involve the shipment of physical products and are carried out in person, on the date and time agreed upon with the client.

After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with the service details and information to coordinate the date and time.

If the service requires a prior reservation, we will send you a link to select an available date.

Services are provided exclusively in Monegrillo and nearby areas, as agreed with the client.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In accordance with current legislation in Spain and the European Union, funeral services are considered personalized and scheduled services, and are therefore exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once they have started or a specific date has been set.
However, we apply the following conditions:

Cancellations at least 7 days in advance: a full refund or a date change at no additional cost can be requested.

Cancellations between 3 and 6 days in advance: a 50% refund or a date change with a possible surcharge is offered.

Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance: no refunds will be issued, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.

If El Bosque de la Eternidad is unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to us, a rescheduling at no cost or a full refund will be offered.
